Governance of the Diversified Products Business Unit

The companies belonging to the Diverse Products Business Unit, which are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Feralpi Group, base their governance on the following values: fairness, transparency, inclusiveness and respect for the individual. We believe that in order to have a positive impact throughout the value chain and towards our stakeholders, it is essential to take a responsible approach to social and environmental issues. This is why we adopt proper and ethical management in terms of regulatory compliance (from antitrust to corruption), internal management and reporting. By adopting the Group Code of Ethics, we can jointly define and apply our corporate culture and conduct standards in order to create a welcoming and inclusive working environment. We want to achieve sustainable growth by seeking the best operating conditions for work performance and ensuring the production and development of quality products. The Code expresses our ethical commitments and responsibilities in the conduct of business activities undertaken by the people who comprise our organisation or collaborate with it. Anyone who has a working relationship with the Business Unit is required to comply with the Code and report any violations.
