Composed of wholly owned subsidiaries of Feralpi Group, the Diversified Products Business Unit fully incorporates its anti-corruption and wrongdoing reporting policies.
We act in accordance with what is defined in the Code of Ethics and operate in compliance with the tenth principle of the Global Compact, pledging to fight corruption in all its forms.
Employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers and any other third parties who have a relationship with the companies may, even anonymously, send reports on violations (alleged or known) of applicable laws or regulations of the Code of Ethics, the Anti-Corruption Model and/or the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
